I routinely get large loan documents pages that contain pages from outside sources, load tray 1 plain a4, usually a bank. In the middle of printing the file the printer stops when it gets to these outside documents and asks me to "Load Tray 1 with Plain RA4 paper. It is a pain to do this each time the printer pauses to give me these instructions.

I always have many problems with this printer HP Pro mdw. It shows Load tray 1 Plain A4. All the paper tray are set up for letter size, and I also shut down and turn on the printer many times. It didn't fix my printer problem. If your paper trays are set to Letter Size paper and your printer is asking for A4 size, Check your print driver paper size preference settings.
