In the wide world of video games, I like to group most of them into two categories: games with a story for you to discover and games that encourage you to make your own story. The former group houses story-driven, narrative-heavy experiences known for their storytelling, characters, and themes. RPGs thick with lore and detailed worlds can also fit here, with interconnected quests that tell an overarching story. The latter group is full of simulation, open-world, sandbox-type games, which have only existed for a few years. They may have a few loose quests lying around in the world, but they are primarily meant for you to explore, make your story, and form your own narrative.
Louisville project zomboid
Louisville, KY is the biggest city in Project Zomboid infested with zombies. It is advised to travel here late game due to the high volume of zomboids and the compact streets of the inner city. One of the largest maps of the game, the city is filled with everything a city needs like shops, offices, homes and many other things, it's also filled with zombified residents. The city was initially outside the quarantine zone during the start of the Knox infection, but eventually zombies overwhelmed the checkpoints that were located near Louisville after noises of riots and conflicts between the military and citizens demanding answers attracted the attention of the zombies nearby. Not long after the checkpoints where overwhelmed the military began setting up checkpoints on bridges leading to the north, not long later panicked citizens of Louisville began fleeing north as the zombies began heading towards the city. As the infection spread through the city, civil unrest ran rampant. This is reflected throughout the city with random military vehicles and burned buildings on the outskirts of the city. There is also one point of interest on the south side along the river, where a military checkpoint is set up. Louisville is full of necessities, but there are places with a notably higher amount of loot than just your average household. Check out locations below to look out for. Project Zomboid Wiki Explore. In Project Zomboid, you can find the Louisville location to the far east. Louisville is also located directly north of both West Point and Valley Station. The exact location of Louisville can be seen below on the Project Zomboid in-game map. That said, spawning at West Point is the best option for getting to Louisville early on in the game.
