Home Medway News Article. Part of Kent is set to have its first-ever tractor run which will see dozens of Christmas decorated vehicles fill the roads, hoo tractor parade. It is organised by Stoke Medway Airfield and will have around 30 tractors parade through the streets around the Hoo Peninsula. The convoy will make its way towards Upper Stoke where it will begin to drive around the area anti-clockwise.
