Despite attempting various methods found online, including a soft reset, disconnecting all cables, and a factory reset, none have proven successful. Upon contacting Sony customer support, a service technician was dispatched. However, due to my residence being situated at a considerable distance from the main city, I found the technician's professionalism questionable. The technician assessed the main power board and motherboard voltages but neglected to inspect the backlight ie positioned behind the display panel, which houses white LEDs.
