I understand the avoidance of it, but something I think is lacking in certain comfort scenarios is the unique joy of digestion. Specifically some warm goopy painless kind. For the prey it's like sinking into a hot tub, taking a deep nap into a pool of something warm and comforting. Like being cozily wrapped up. Any lingering bad thoughts, feelings, or unpleasant physical sensations entirely erased by the sensation of melting away. Feeling not just full, but also nourished , and made to feel better and heathier even beyond the instance of having their prey first slip into their gut. Getting to appreciate increased inner warmth, combined with new softness. Making them plush and chubby. I dunno man. I just really think there should be more digestion focused comfy stories. I really like the unique warmth of a preds belly burbling away as they break down a prey.
