The owner grew up in Chicago, and his father was a butcher and sausage maker. He started as a child making pizzas in his father's bar and restaurant. He has created his own crust, sauces, and toppings over the years, resulting in Uncle Pizza's unique handmade flavors. No symptoms after eating. Would definitely recommend. Estimated delivery was an hour - they arrived in 30 and delivered to our hotel. Pizza was good - house salad was excellent. If celiac, may want to mention it or ask about their preparation methods as it's a small joint and I doubt there is much separation between ingredients. This is the best Italian resturaunt in town and one of the best overall resturaunts in the valley. We have coupons and specials on pizza delivery, pasta, buffalo…. And BBC America…. The food was incredible!! Everything is homemade. My husband and I stumbled upon this incredible Italian hideaway. We tried all of the pizza options and each slice was better….
