Open until PM. ULTA is very easy to order items from their web site. Easy to find what you need, to place an order, and purchase was received in 3 days!!! Reasonable prices and most convenient!! The associates were not helpful until I got ones attention and she pointed to where the product was and kept walking- also why aren't there prices on anything so we can compare? This was my first time visiting this location and I have to say it is the worst Ulta I've ever been to. The staff was not helpful. I noticed they only greet certain customers, which happen to all I use to love this location but honestly the staff was horrible no one spoke when I entered and I had to look for help. I usually shop at Sephora Galleria Hello Rouge member here but was excited Ulta had a location opening closer to the Heights area in Houston. History As a single mother and a cosmetology student I understand the hardship of day to day life. And A lot of the time we don't think about ourselves and when we do most things are simply out of our budget. Here at my in home salon I offer salon quality at at home prices. To help the everyday family look good to feel good. They have everything you need here from skin care, hair products, lashes, and much more.

Needed to return some fragrances from a couple months ago, the girl at the register was somewhat helpful she started getting frustrated or irritated after the 2nd fragrance she scanned to return, I don't have any Ulta-erior motive in reviewing this place. We are massive fans of Ulta makeup stores, partly because such beautiful people use them and partly because they have such a great Thank God for Debra and Ricky. Talk about heavenly customer service from these two Gorgeous souls. They were extremely knowledgeable and very accommodating, on this last day of the 21 days of Wish they would pick up the phone! Want to ask if a product, and a service are available before I drive there!! Was hoping to stop by, get in an out in 5min.
