The community is great everything is within five minutes of driving. The neighbors are nice and the amenities are great as well. Maintenence crew has been phenomenal in response time and efficiency. Office team has been alright. I have only been in the community for a little less then a month.

The office and maintenance staff has been incredibly responsive to any issues I have experienced. I could not imagine this place without her here. Dogs Ok.

The apartment is nice, waters hot, no bugs, etc. The pool, gym and tennis court are fun. The metro is an 10 min walk, 4 min run away. The trip from Van Dorn to Foggy Bottom is about 30 min. The apartment community is almost non-existent because everyone commutes somewhere else.

Easy move in process. We love you guys! As a member of the miltary, I move often and this has been one of the best places that I haved lived.
