The counter guy refuses to take an appointment when I personally visited this place last week. He refuses to take appointment and tells doctor is very busy, call up next week and take appointment, but hesitates to take appointment when I am standing next to him. When I went there, there was no crowd and he was busy scrolling in his mobile phone. The doctor is also very rude, when I tried complaining about this guy!
