I have gone literally the entirety of the current tier without getting an extra spark. Meanwhile, my RL has gotten 6 extra sparks. So, does "higher" chance to drop imply that there's ALWAYS a chance for them to drop, meaning they're actually farmable? Blizzard creating a solution new system for a system that had none the old. They could've fixed it by giving more valor higher mythic or at least remove the cap at upgrading gear. No, this is only for catch up. The "higher" chance I guess is because the sparks can potentially drop from anywhere until you're caught up. This sounds a lot like Renown catchup. And I mean The Renown Catchup was pretty good already, so adapting it to the sparks is no issue whatsoever.

Cant you just re craft the embelishments away from the items?? It will only allow you to have the cap. Recrafting dont need a new spark, inly the original Spark. Is there any way to do that?
