Born in Buriram in the North-East region of Thailand known as Isaan, Singdam Kiatmoo9 began fighting at the age of 9 just a few months after starting his training as is typical of many younger boxers. His older brother got him into the sport and his younger brother, Suadam, is another ring veteran with over fights. At the age of 10 Singdam moved to Kiatmoo 9 gym in Takotaphi. He is currently married and has a daughter. Singdam, or the Black Lion, has an impressive record of fights with 64 losses and 2 draws. He specialized as a muay khao or knee fighter.
