I learned to work all these coffee machines, expresso, cappuchino, what have you. They were extraordinary machines, sort of what scientists use to go to the moon.. Lol it was fun. And yes the Caviar, the Borsh soup. I will never forget the older gentleman who used to bake all these incredible delicious cheesecake like B52, Kaluah, New York, double German chocolate, regular chocolate, blueberries, cherry topping all sorts. People used to come from all over and get 2 pieces with a good cup of coffee. I meant the world to me.

Not necessarily a negative thing, it did make us feel slightly out of place.

I like to take time researching tea shops and afternoon tea rooms in a town when travelling. Treating myself to a traditional tea service is one of my favourite things to do and luckily my home province has quite a few afternoon tea room options!
