This is probably the worst deal I have experienced, reviews opodo. I reviews opodo travel for business and leisure sometimes, basically every month I am inside a plane. This means I can compare flights pretty well, but it was my first time and last time with Opodo, unfortunately. I have used Momondo as a search engine for a flight and proceeded with Opodo, all information was filled in and the price for this was ,- Eur, reviews opodo, when it was deducted from my account it came up to ,- Eur, nothins is mentioned on the invoice, unbelievable right?

I recently used Opodo to purchase tickets from Sydney Australia to New York return and I must say I was hessitant after reading all the negative reviews pertaining to their service. I could not believe the airfare price but took a gamble and my tickets were confirmed with Qantas within minutes. Also I noticed a discrepancy in the payment and sent them an email. Within 24 hours they replied and cleared up the problem. Lesson learned today. Don't read into people's negative reviews too much as it seems businesses like Opodo get misrepresented by these reviews, thereby altering your decision in pursue of a cheap airfare and possibly missing out. For a 3rd party booker, I'd say Opodo generally has a very good reputation. I don't remember reading much in the way of serious complaints in here. Glad you were happy but you could equally argue not too read too much into people's positive reviews - in my opinion the key is being aware of what you are buying and all the associated terms etcs.

It was clear that tracks were being covered and even when I sent them screenshots of the price breakdown details confirmed in writing by online agents and by Customer Care, they have refused to refund the overcharge. If like me you have never used this company before then scroll through their pages and try and find a'Contact Us'address, that you won't be able to speaks volumes of their approach to Customer Service, which sadly is non-existant.
