Be sure to not park on any part of the bridge since parking on bridges is not legal. Action was HOT. Winslow is also a great place for watching trains also and it is also quite busy Be sure to bring food and drinks and a scanner.

Nice thing is, you more or less stand right next to the tracks while they work, great spot. Only a couple left, according to the signal crew workign the area. But do be aware that the UP is running some detours that way right now because of track work on the Sunset Route, so try to keep track of where those might be if that change-up is of interest. I am also considering Winona and Maine. Either way out of Flagstaff to the east or to the west, I follows along the tracks for quite awhile. Our community is FREE to join.
