If you have any questions about a Rune pure, feel free to post and I'll answer Good luck! Strength Xp Below is a list of spots, with a recommended Strength Level. Magic Xp The most common way to train is via High alching at level 55 Magic If you are rich, use teleport spells to level 55 If not, you can cast curse on the zammy mage under varrock castle stairs Or you can use fire strike spell on fire giants chance of rune item drops Note: If you curse of High Alch, you will not get any HP xp. Other ways to train, if you are super rich, is to burst lvl 70 , or barrage lvl 94 at Ape Atoll. You attain tokens in the guild, then you kill Cyclopes to get a Rune Defender. Once you get your rune defender, make sure to keep your addy and mith ones too!

In the Player-killing community, building your account correctly is extremely important to maximize combat efficiency. Though there is a significant amount of skill involved in high level PvP, players who are able to maximize their Max hit without sacrificing defense and other valuable combat skills will have a significant advantage. For Player vs Monster uses, a 1 Defence pure would be of little use without significant Prayer level, negating the intention of keeping combat level as low as possible. Most 1 Defence pure accounts are alt accounts for this reason, allowing players to experience high level PvM combat on their main account, while still having a dedicated PvP account at a low combat level. This guide intends to help walk players through building their 1 Defence accounts, and to help players determine the Best-in-slot items for 1 Defence PvP accounts. The first thing you should do is train your magic. Magic is necessary for completing a lot of the quests you need, and also lets you get around quicker with teleports. The following methods are assuming that 94 magic is the ultimate goal for the ice barrage spell.

Quests are essential for advancing in Old School Runescape. There are many bosses, locations, mini-games, skills, items, spell books and so on that require quests to unlock them. This article will contain what we believe is the most optimal quest guide in OSRS. Over the years we have created many, many accounts and had to do these quests over and over. There are absolutely no requirements to start it, you can start from a level 3 account using this quest guide all the way to the quest cape. The quest list below contains the most optimal way to quest in OSRS. Follow the list in the exact order it comes in to advance your character through the games quests with as little skilling in-between as possible! Starting an Ironman?
