On my 16th birthday my Grandma sent me a check, but more important a model of the Ford F Sure I wanted the real thing, really bad too. As the CRX was itching to be out of my life, the decision was pretty easy — I wanted a truck. Vinyl seats and floors, AC for comfort and nothing else but honesty. A college kid with an F may not seem like the perfect pairing, but after coming off the previous two vehicles I owned and all the time I spent in the box trucks — it was perfect.

Talk about your 8th and 9th generation Ford F trucks. Thread Tools. Alright, A little background I guess. I purchased a F XL 2 wheel drive 5. It turns over, but doesn't fire up. I'm not the most mechanically inclined person, but after checking a few things and replacing the fuel pump It's still not running. Here is what I have done so far, and the issue I'm having at the moment. Removed and had the ignition module tested, it appeared to be new but i checked it anyway, appears to be functioning correctly. At this point, I realized the fuel pump did not appear to be kicking on. I purchased a pressure gauge and attached it to the valve under the hood and had 0 psi for fuel pressure.
