I've lived here for 2. Was an excellent value when I moved in, but prices jumped significantly when new management took over about a year ago. Apartments are undergoing renovation, so I suspect the price will be even higher for anyone moving into a renovated unit which mine is not. New management leaves much to be desired, but the property is nice and in a good location. Good pricing for the facilities and location.
