My friends started naming Vietnamese places in Rhode Island and simultaneously crossing them off the list as not having a decent bowl of pho. Afraid to rate this so high because it was such a great place to get a good inexpensive meal with awesome service. The real surprise to us was why it wasn't busy when we went there - twice in three days. We tend to eat My daughter and I popped in here for lunch and shared a bowl of pho with flank steak. It was deeply flavorful and delicious. Plenty for both of us and very reasonably priced. Even though we were there post lunch timing, the place was pretty Pouring rain, thunder and lightning last week with great tickets to see the Red Sox.
