Hello there! Our team picked several of the patterns out of their just released Fall collection and they could not be cuter! Rachel paired the Sparrow Peplum Tunic with the Fawn Leggings for this perfect for fall and petite stitchery outfit.

I already have been spring sewing since after Christmas, and Periwinkle was on my list to make soon. What better way to welcome the blossoms on the tree and the warm sun with this lovely dress. This purple dress was made for the final version in testing the Periwinkle. My oldest daughter loves this dress so much, she cried this afternoon while I handed it down to her sister. This style is a size two and the two tiered skirt. For Big Sister, I used a size four and added sort of a flounce to the bodice. To do this all i did was lay pattern piece down and then pinned, gathered and manipulated the fabric around all the nooks and crannies to get the desired affect that I was looking for.

Guess what?! The Taffy Dress is officially released! I absolutely love the drop waist of this dress. The fit is seriously perfect. It has a nice relaxed fit that makes it not seem super dressy. You, of course, can dress it up, but I think it is the perfect casual dress! I did, however, lengthen where the drop waist hits by 2 inches , mainly for modesty coverage mormongirlproblems. I also lengthened the plain dress by 2 inches. The Taffy Dress also has this cute little gather in the sleeves! We even had some visitors from a few ducks! Happy birthday little man!

I paired it with a ribbed sweater knit also from Knitpop this time in a regular long sleeve with simple v-neck and tunic length. I have been swooning jalabiya the Teal Petite stitchery Floral print in the Forever Collection and it has the perfect coloring for Fall sewing, petite stitchery.
