I recently visited this nail salon for a manicure and pedicure, and while there were some positives, there were also some significant disappointments. On the positive side, I appreciated that they still offer classic manicures and pedicures, as many places only offer gel options nowadays. However, the overall experience fell short of my expectations. The technician assigned to me didn't engage much in conversation, which made the experience feel impersonal. Additionally, I wished she had been more thorough in scrubbing my feet during the pedicure. The biggest issue arose during the manicure when she accidentally messed up one of my nails. Instead of acknowledging the mistake I wish they were a bit slimmer and even. I just like my nails to be flat and even almost like the pinky nail.
