The reason why we can get away with only using Penetrating Shot is because by using every single damage multiplier available to use we can get it to hit so hard it can one shot even strong T Elites. If we also include some item swaps, it can one shot even T Bosses. Therefore, we don't need to include Rapid Fire to take care of single target. Dash is overall a very strong mobility ability that lets you dash across the length of your screen. You need roughly Armor to cap with a maxed Disobedience on your amulet and when the aspect is on an armor slot. This is now a very strong stat for damage mitigation.
