Sorry to say that I ordered from this company as a present for my mum on Mothers day. Whoever you are running this "company" please be aware that I won't let this drop! Hope your mums had a great mothers day! I ordered flowers on September 26, they arrived after a week, I emailed twice what was happening because the flowers were supposed to be delivered the next day, I received a reply that the flowers were coming by royal mail and I had to wait 2 business days even though they were supposed to be delivered the next day. After a week, the flowers ended up in the trash, they were no longer suitable for anything. After writing an e-mail to lovely flora world, I did not receive any response. They don't give a damn about their customers. Never order! DO NOT order from this site! Flowers sent out for a friends birthday were 5 days late. Customer service was what I can only describe as ridiculous.
