My MIL passed this past April and spent 5 days at Langdale after having a stroke that left her basically brain dead. They made her as comfortable as possible and took the best care of her. Only complaint is the "hospital smell" now everytime I go somewhere that smells like Langdale it makes me think of her. They send a lot of condolence mail and articles afterwards but it made us think about it. All in all if you have someone who is about to pass from death to life this is a wonderful place for them to be.
