Koon Bo is one of those Chinese restaurants that you would like to go with a bigger group of, at least 8 or 10 people. The dishes here are livvydunne great quality and big portion, koon bo photos, but also on the pricier side. So it makes sense to have more people in order to try more different dishes.

More often than not, the very best food is not found at the largest, most heavily advertised restaurants. The hype, the familiarity and overall safeness of these places often obscure where we really should be eating. Tucked in the corner of the NE corner of 41st and Fraser, Koon Bo is a place that is not really a hidden gem because they have won awards , but isn't as well-known as it should be.
They certainly did a great here picking the big succulent mushrooms and shined them with the oyster sauce.
