You can choose your items on www. You must provide your order number and a valid government-issued photo ID to receive your order. Yes, we want you to have the best experience possible when collecting your goods from us. To help with this, please make sure they bring your order confirmation email. We are happy to provide information on the allotted time to pick up your order.

Where you buy online and then go to the store to pick up? I can't figure out if it's curbside or if you drive to a curbside line and then go inside to talk to them. I tried to call customer service to ask but they have a recording that said that due to high call volumes they cannot take my call at this time. The only reason this matters is that my high risk kid likes car rides but I can't take her into the store. She won't leave a mask on. And the Ikea store nearest me isn't in an area I'd trust leaving any kid in the car, even just to run inside for a minute while I can see her through the doors. And unless they moved it since January, the pickup area in store isn't in a place I could see the car even if it was in a safe neighborhood. I think they are doing it pretty much like everywhere else. You park in the designated spots, then call the number given and they bring the order out to you. I was at my local IKEA last fall - and walked past a pick-up area. I think that's what it was. Each store has its own process curbside, designated parking spot, etc. They were doing it at our Ikea - I saw them bringing things to cars.

We'll gather your order, then you can just pick up and go! You'll receive an email once the order is ready to be picked up. Please wait for the "ready for pickup" email before going to the store. At check out, you can choose a pickup date, and most orders are held for an extra 24 hours. After that, it's returned to stock and refunded. Unfortunately, due to space, we're not able to rush or extend the pickup time.

It is a simple, quick and easy service. If you are unable to collect your order, do not fear. We now offer a 48 hour retention period that begins at the end of your collection slot. The store will call and ask if you plan to collect the Click and Collect Order within the 48 hour period. If not, they will cancel the order and a refund will be processed within 14 days. They were doing a much better job with line management than in the past - single line so no getting stuck waiting an extra 20 minutes in a slow line.
