I got the medium width, which usually fits me well with socks, but these are VERY tight and I can only wear them for a short period of time with thin socks, which are not comfortable for me. I'm hoping they stretch out with periodic wearing so I can wear them longer, but I haven't heard back from the company to see if I can return or exchange them I took a few months to fully break-in and wear these shoes prior to writing the review, fyi. These shoes are phenomenally comfortable. My feet feel cushioned and NOT sore by the end of a day of standing and walking. I especially enjoy the lace less shoes while working in a hospital setting, it keeps things clean. The ability to throw these shoes in the wash is also a huge plus, especially if you work in fields that your shoes will get dirty in. They are also surprisingly stylish; they match all of my scrubs that I own! Bottom line, these shoes are comfortable, easy to clean, and great for working environments.
