Needless to say it turned out three shades darker with red high lights! I went to Sally's and talked to Melissa. She sold me the stuff to tone it and This particular location is my favourite! One employee whose name I cannot remember is super helpful. She gives solid advice and never tries to sell me something I don't want or need.
