Opened HOTS, started a match and it was lagging incredibly. Reloaded the game - nothingchecked my internet connection - perfectly fine. The only thing that fixed it was uninstalling and installing the game.

The CPU usage doesnt seem to be going high, so I doubt the issue is hardware related, plus Ive been running much more demanding games with no issues at all.
