Looking for a script to add blips on the map for only certain players -- gta blips police, or EMS for example? Look no further! Use TriggerEvent "eblips:remove", serverID when you want to stop a person who is showing up on the map from showing on the map. For eblips:add : name is the text that shows on the map when a blip is selected, src should be the player's server ID, gta blips, and color is the blip color.

But really do we think that this is the only solution? To have GPS coords in your vehicle for open businesses to search? This server started out being against play to win, and this is what it is becoming by not addressing this. People get mad at getting robbed all the time, but it's not viable to legal roleplay when you can't function as a business if no one knows that you are open. We need to discuss some other alternatives to allowing players to showing up on the map when they open, while still giving donators something extra. I understand having other things, maybe special cars for donators that only they can get from dealerships or something, but then they can be on the street for anyone to buy.

Detailed description: I've been thinking about how about when you have a business, gold donator is almost always a must in order to get people to come and find their way to your business. This just lets people know where businesses are opened without putting out an advertisement or giving the blip a name. This still gives a beneficial perk to the people who have donated. It'd work just how the green gas-station blips pop up whenever an employee is working a shift there. Employees who haven't donated can't open places up themselves while some owners expect them to. Commands to add: None. How would your suggestion improve the server? It'd not only help with places opening more often, but people will also RP having normal jobs more. Additional information: I'd like to know how other players, donator and non-donators, feel about this situation and what solutions they view as better suiting. Of course making money isn't gta blips purpose of the server, gta blips, roleplay is But to take businesses and sort of hide them away behind a paywall to be able to be ran efficiently is definitely a little shady imo.

Hello everyone! I have been thinking of making my own server but I have one problem and that is how do I add like special blips like weed locations and Police stations and stuff like that. I even tried this method before reading anything about it as a shot in the dark lol. Can anyone help? Im running vRP 6. Im looking for a way to add permissions to blips, so you only see the blips that have something to do with your job, can anyone help me where to find this? I have tried looking in my blips folder and in the diffrent group folders in my cfg files. I have been using my own version of the code provided for Map Blips, with and without my own touches, coords, and modifications.

It's a slippery slope you are dealing with, some people will not agree with your opinion on placing a specific perk, those perks should not be something that will give significant advantage over another. Like I said, GPS isn't used as much as everyone implies, I had a business and tried to run it without a blip.

I was scrolling around the forums and saw that a few people were looking for custom map blips so I decided to upload my own so everyone else does not have to get every single coordinate and has no hassle! Also, I would recommend removing these from the hospital section, as they are not hospitals.

If the system from the start was JUST that it wouldn't be a problem, but that's all it has become. The incentive we're discussing here makes the server almost pay to win in a sense.
