Forum warframe

So, looking for help here. I've been trying to get the forums to work so that I can make Bug Reports where they're more likely to read it but I just can't use their forums. Here's the issue: When on the forum main page, if I click on new topic it pops up a new mini-window having you select the forum to put the topic in. It just sits there. If I go to the Bug Report section, there is no button to make a new topic anywhere on the page. If I go into a post, there is no Reply anywhere on the page. I've tried a few things, and no luck. I do have an account, I was signed in. I have tried 2 browers: Chrome is where the above issues took place, I. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this. I would recommend updating these, making sure chrome is up to date, do a good cleaning of your cookie cache completely, make sure cookies are enabled, and make sure to whitelist ad blocks if you use any on their site. It's hard to say what the specific issue could be. It could be something as simple as poor internet preventing pages from loading fully. Are you sure that when you scroll to bug reports, you select the down arrow, select general, a checkmark will appear, and then select continue?
