The "base backend" will be installed before anything else in the ETGMod. It is still in its early phases. Do not expect anything usable for end-users here for quite a while. Enter the gungeon modding

Scroll down the page a bit and click on the big green download button to install the Mod installer. Now all you have to do is select where the game is installed from the top right of the program window. Then simply navigate where the game has been installed. You will see etg. Now you have to navigate to where the program is installed and copy the path from very top. After that, open up a new file browser. When the game launches, the main menu will be somewhat different. If you press the F2 key, it will open the developers console to run different commands like help which will give us a list of all the helping commands and examples. Now go back to the game directory and this time, you will find Mods and resources folders because you have launched the game already. Now open the mods folder and you will find a mods. Open it to find the instructions. To install mods, you need to download all zip files of the mods into this folder. Now install a mod to find a demonstration of how it works.

Expand the Gungeon is a mod created by Apache Thunder. It is one of the few expansion mods and adds new floors, items, custom "junk enemies", and a custom boss. Expand the Gungeon currently adds 3 but possibly 4? The Jungle is the first of the custom floors that you will encounter in Expand. The jungle is an alternate floor to The Oubliette.
