Dance has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. My mom put me in dance classes when I was two years old and sure enough I never wanted to stop. I start competing at the age of five and I fell in love! Yes, competition world can be hard to handle with long hours of practice, stressful mornings trying to get hair and makeup right, long competition days, endless payments, all the bratty kids and of course the crazy dance moms. Despite all the stress and drama, it is actually is so much fun.

Do you dance with your heart? The question might be simple, but the answer is more complicated than you think. My mission with Tango Mentor is to get more people feel what dancing with your heart means. I mean, real dancing with your heart. Metaphorically and physically. I am not talking here about feeling the music and entering in the state of flow — it is physically dancing with your heart.
