I've been coming to this cinema for many years and it that time I've had no issues with it so it's shame I'm writing a one-star review of it today. Yesterday at Now tickets are expensive anyway but at the time I didn't mind it so much when I thought I would actually manage to watch the film instead of being constantly distracted the whole time by a pair of cinema goers. Whilst the film was playing, two teenagers who were sat in the top left-hand corner of the cinema was constantly on their phone texting and for some reason they had their phone torch on as well and began waving it about. At various points of the film they also began taking pictures of the cinema screen and recording and the whole time they were talking and laughing which in most cases would be fine but not when you're in the cinema. I mentioned their behaviour to staff around 10 minutes into the film and I was told not to worry and that the situation would be dealt with.
