Main St. Euniess Crosdale is from Jamaica, and his love for food grew through cooking with his grandmother. He has been a professional chef for about 20 years, with 15 of those years spent cooking on Royal Caribbean cruise ships. It was during one of those cruises when Lori Crosdale was on vacation that the couple met.
