Talked to a Rex. Very friendly, very professional. Very nice young man. Great employee indeed. Would recommend.. Horrible service, I ordered a transmission last week, it has not been either shipped or confirmed. I tried calling them for hours since last week, no one wants to answer the phone. I left messages, no answer. This is the worse company for service in the USA. Totally unprofessional.
