Would love to buy more but right now I had a severe severe ankle break and I will have to wait a while but eventually I will be back I find it to be very unique and classic at the same time. I recently bought a jacket which I thought would fit me which didn't which ok no worries right. For expensive merchandise Zcrave is managed badly! On the day I received a velvet suit I bought for a Wedding, I decided it didn't fit well looked cheap and it wasn't and wanted to return. I find out their policy has a high restocking fee and must be received back within 7 days of receipt on my end!

And I wrote a negative review on each dress I zcrave and they deleted it from online.

ZCrave has a rating of 2. I decided to check out the website and ended up ordering a leather jacket from them. Now, they are saying they can't do an exchange, credit, or refund. I know better but their website is really well done and I did some google searches for reviews before I ordered and some said it was a legit site. I could not help myself. Claim Your Business. Also did not receive another order on time which was late by at least ten days When I tried talking to them they did not answer their phone and their "person" on their chat cut off chat when I disagreed and wanted to speak to Managment directly This is completely acceptable, unethical and a total put off. They just not going to just take my money! We can see how technology Chinese are to made those beautiful shoes. The material is high quality. Please don't order from them at all! If I never called the company they will have never told me that they Did not have the dress yet still advertising to get money for dresses they do not have! Kelliann M. They ignored my emails and I tried calling their customer service and no-one answered there as well- left a message. Top Positive Review.
