I am regularly at gatherings where I am the oldest in the room and while I find that inspiring, challenging and connecting, there is a part of me that yearns to connect with women who also share an experience of getting older and the inspiration, challenge and connection that that may bring. The Wisdom Women Circle will be a monthly gathering where Susan will curate a creative space for conversation and sharing. Conversations will range from sharing observations about how our bodies have changed, skin, hair, the freedom of being outside the monthly bleed cycle and the sense of loss, how we feel in a society that so often values youth over age, the challenges of having adult children or having no children, loss grief.
