Saturday, September 2nd, PM. I have checked connections. Reset the boxes. Changed the HDMI cord. This is not in all channels but it is consuming more channels every day. We have checked connections, had a reset signal sent to the box multiple times and done everything possible via the call In system with Xfinity. For a short time everything worked perfectly which makes me question just how it could be an internal home issue. Also, it is the same thing on two televisions.

Monday, December 4th, PM. I am getting pixelation on seemingly all channels and on all tv's in my house. An error message coded as XRE also appears. After that we might be okay for a second or minute or a day and we go through the same thing again. And of course it happens when we don't want it to! Any suggestions? Saturday, January 20th, PM. Since Oct I have had issues with pixelation like many other Xfinity customers. The problem is worse with sport broadcast.
