X plane 11 bugs

Hey guys so recently my XP11 Was facing a fps issue. For example x plane 11 bugs get about 70 fps in xp and every like half a second it drops down to 20 so it happens all the time and the game feels like fluctuated so i was wondering if i can find help from someone. JayshockXwelcome to AvSim.
