I have my WSUS server downloading and patching all critical updates. When going to product classifications it isn't too clear which option I need choosing. When I see "Windows 10 and later drivers" that drivers send chills down my spine

From the information I have it's file kept for upgrading from a build to another, to prevent a fresh system re-install like build to GDRDU just means that when you install Windows 10 , it will automatically download and inject the update as part of the upgrade process, as long as dynamic update is enabled which is the default.

I want to weed out the products we don't need and be able to just concentrate on what we do need. We currently run Windows 10 that is based on a custom image with all the products and features already installed. NET, etc. I don't need extra downloads to prepare our current version to upgrade to 20H2 or 21H1, as we control those upgrades using Ivanti Patch Manager as it gives us much better control over these types of upgrades.
