There's a whole lot of things to do over the course of Persona 5 but only a limited time to do them all in. One of the more important side activities is to explore Mementos and complete the requests that are usually sent from Mishima.

I've seen on forums that other people have this problem as well. Anybody know any fixes? Ok, so I can't even get to Level 3 of momentos because the door at the end of Level 2 is locked. The "Boss" for the quest is on Level 4, so maybe this has something to do with the message from Mishima not triggering.
