Nice walk around the lake then along the coast - we cut it short slightly as the beach became a dog free zone at the Beach Cafe. Plenty of opportunities for icecream on the way back though! Overall a very pleasant walk. A lot of walk is pavement next to main road which spoils it a little. Flat and a very nice walk. Took 1 hr 20 at brisk pace. Lovely views. Beautiful trail. We did make a few detours off to explore. Will definitely be doing this trail regular with my children.
