I've heard these 2 drop from Spy missions on places like Europa, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune but I've been grinding for hours looking for them without any luck Is there one spy mission or any other I hate spy in particular that has a higher chance of dropping it? Just use Limbo doesn't even need to be ranked. I suggest doing Nightmare missions or Pluto spy missions.
