Mods like Transient Fortitude make my Dex Pixia part of the 4th ability stronger, but the Precision Intensify hasn't made the weapons stronger, there was no effect whatsoever once added. The passive one would be completely broken for some frames, so that'd be a no. But I completely agree with having a Precision Intensify for every ability slot. Not always and not all abilities. For example Nova could use Negative strength but another ability e. Yeah, some passive would be too powerful and some "ok". They would have to work on case by case so I guess as you said no - it's too much work. Radial Blind doesn't care for strength at all, and Javelin is only useful for the gimmicky augment no one uses for anything but compilation videos default subsume off ability.

I don't have much time for now so I can't crosscheck with other exalteds, but even in the mission, it doesn't apply. Further test revealed: - Chromatic Blade still managed to proc status on every single hit. So I am pretty sure this is much more smaller problem than I initially thought.

It appears to boost shadow's claw damage by the accurate amount when you look at sevagoth's abilities but when you mod the claws, it doesn't show the damage from precision intensify, leaving me uncertain if it adds any damage.
