This pharmacy at the Walgreens in cottondale is majorly missed up. They are incompetent employees that can't do there jobs correctly. Not only have other customers told me complaining about Middle-aged white woman at pharmacy counter is rude and incompetent. I went there to get a Covid vaccine after making an appointment on the Walgreens ap. When I got to the pharmacy counter, there The fact that their pharmacists sit there and laugh at the their patients and their prescriptions is embarrassing. You can't be professional in healthcare, work somewhere else. Why should it take 4 hours to fill a prescription!?! Several times now I have went through the Drive Thru and been told my RX would be ready in hours!
