Can anyone let me know if I would see any benefit in switching from a Hub 3 to a newer Hub 5 as just been offered a switch? How do you get a Hub 5? I have called the support team only to be told that the Hub 5 has the same specs as my current Hub 4, which it does not as I just want the 2.
