Range Hood warranty. Victory Range Hoods were nice enough to say they would replace the motor. But it would take 1 to 3 months. Its now been over 2 months and I have not herd a word from them. I do not understand how it can take so long to order a part. I am still hoping it will eventually come in. Victory Range Hoods now tell me it will be 6 to 7 months delivery. How can any reputable company take 7 months to order a simple fan motor. I would have to say there is no warranty on there products. Well to my surprise they were able to find a motor in stock and sent it to me immediately. I installed it and it works perfectly. Than you Victory Range Hoods service department. Great product, easy to clean, great customer service. Installed it 2years ago recommended by my brother in law who was a professional chef.
