The staff is friendly and Valley Inn for Pets decided to let workplace drama ruin my chance for peaceful and loving goodbye to my pet. If they cant handle their emotions then how are they supposed to handle dogs and cats I left my dog for the day today at 8 am. I let them know she hadn't eaten yet today and I provided them with two servings of food. When I picked my dog up 11 hours later they handed me back her I have used Valley Inn for regular boarding during the holidays and for vacations. My dog has been extremely well cared for - the staff are very attentive and follow my directions regarding diet They took such good care of my cat Henry over the break!
