I was having a hard time going through mistland biomes until i was able to craft this. Which makes me think, shouldn't this be made available earlier? I mean not before you get to the mist, but maybe something you can make early on without the need for the sap stuff? I feel like it's such an integral part to exploring the Mistlands. Having essentially all the gear trapped at the very end of the resource progression is brutal especially considering that most of the armor and weapons are very, very marginal upgrades over the existing plains gear. They stopped being cosmetic accessories with troll cape, and solidified the practice with wolf fur cape.
