On December 16, we reached a tentative settlement with the employer after 11 days at the table. The bargaining committee recommends ratification of this tentative agreement. The main highlights of the tentative agreement are general wage increases, as well as proposed changes to the job evaluation plan and salary structure. There are also significant benefit improvements and new language concerning remote work arrangements. These were the main priorities that were identified by members during the extensive consultation that was conducted prior to bargaining.
